Select desired magnification

Most procedures in dentistry and general surgery are completed with 2.5x or 3.0x magnification. This power provides large field of view of the surgical site. Endodontics, opthalmology, neuro and vascular surgeries may need magnification of 4.0x and above for better visualization of a specific target.

Clinicians will find that increasing the magnification will decrease the field of view - what is visible through the loupes. The lower the magnification, the larger the field of view. Select the lowest magnification that will meet your needs.
